Returns
Make a Return from “My Account”
Log in to your account, visit your Recent Orders, and click “Return Items” next to the order.
01. If you received damaged items, then send pictures of the product to ask@yazanzdistribution.com. We’ll email you a printable shipping label and a return authorization (RA) number right away.
02. If you are returning items for exchanges, select the option exchange. Our team will send you then you have to purchase shipping labels on your own. We’ll email you a return authorization (RA) number right away

Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase. Returns received at Yazanz without an RA number may be assessed a 15% processing fee that will be deducted from any credit due.
