payment confirmation or the next working day after your desired prep services (if
you choose). Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You can view the shipping charges at checkout before completing your order.
When checking out, consider your alternatives for shipment, including those offered by trusted couriers like UPS and FedEx. Depending on the destination and order weight, each option provides an estimated cost and delivery time.
We currently do not offer international shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using this number on our website or the carrier’s website.
If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
